HDD Depot operates solely as a marketplace and intermediary. We do not provide, manage, or guarantee refunds or warranties directly. All refund and warranty terms are set and administered by the individual vendors (sellers) on our Platform.
2. Refunds
Vendor Responsibility: Each vendor/store is solely responsible for establishing and publishing their refund policy.
Transparency Requirement: Vendors must make refund terms available to buyers prior to purchase (e.g., within listings, order confirmations, or invoices).
HDD Depot Limitation: HDD Depot does not issue or authorize refunds unless specifically instructed by the vendor under their policy.
Deposits: Where deposits are required, refundability is subject to the vendor’s stated terms at the time of transaction.
3. Warranties
Used Equipment: All used equipment is sold strictly “as-is, where-is,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind from HDD Depot.
New Products (equipment, tools, parts, and accessories): Any warranties offered are provided exclusively by the manufacturer or vendor. HDD Depot does not provide, extend, or imply any warranties.
Vendor Obligation: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that any manufacturer or vendor warranties are disclosed to buyers and honored in accordance with applicable laws.
4. HDD Depot Disclaimer
HDD Depot disclaims any liability for product performance, defects, or warranty enforcement. Buyers must resolve all refund or warranty issues directly with the vendor.
